Hazmat review issues

Hi,

My product is a bundle of cosmetic/beauty goods and is in the hazmat review process.

One of the items within the bundle is a pack of lavender incense sticks - the item sells on Amazon and after entering it’s ASIN into the checker it comes back as a non-dangerous good. However, the product does contain essential oils and so I retrieved the SDS from the manufacturer. Upon submitting the SDS and after waiting the 4 days for the review to take place, I received the message ‘unable to classify’ with no further explanation.

My thinking is that as my product is a bundle of goods Amazon also needs the information of the other goods within the bundle (all non-dangerous and containing no possibly harmful chemicals) so I then uploaded an exemption sheet. This too came back as ‘unable to classify’ after the 4 days review time.

I’ve contacted seller support numerous times and they just tell me to submit the appropriate documentation and they’ll get back to me - however after 2 weeks I still haven’t heard anything.

Any ideas? I’ve got stock ready to go but cannot ship to FBA without this resolved.

Thanks,
George

If you’ve bundled other brands, have you rebranded it as your own as does the SDS have your brand on it ?
