I really need some help to appeal my deactivation.

I used to work for my family business where I set up an Amazon seller account. The store is no longer active. For some reason, all of the logins for the store don’t work, we’ve tried contacting Amazon to be able to login to the account but they keep saying the email addresses aren’f associated to the account. There was only 2 logins, Amazon support say that neither of them are valid. This store is not really important to us anymore, we don’t want to sell on it. They just wanted to login so they could remove my details from it.

I created my own personal Amazon seller account. It’s been deactivated for “linked accounts”. Amazon asked for proof that I no longer work at the business, there was 4 documents they said they needed, I provided all of these. My account is still deactivated.

Amazon seller support phone line is the most useless thing going. Every time I call, they tell me I just need to submit the exact same documents that I already have. When my appeals get rejected, the emails are generic and the same each time telling me to submit documents as proof. I’ve done everything I possibly can. It feels like they don’t even read the attachments or my appeal.

Nobody from the family business’s Amazon seller account can login to remove my details. I have submitted all the proof that I no longer work at the company, yet I’m still not being approved.

This has been going on for months.
