CHARGE METHOD

Hello just set up my account

at first everything was working then I got a message saying I need to update my charge method which I have and my card has been checked and charged numerous times

no matter how many times its accepted my account still says it needs to be updated ?

I don't understand how to fix this? seems like loads are having the same issue aswell

We've had this issue for many months with the FR marketplace. We don't sell on there any more but there are some small charges applied.

The charge method details are the exactly the same for what we use in the UK. Even if we re-enter it, the system goes on to show green ticks and that it's verified and successfully updated but as and when the payment has to be applied it says we need to update it.

Like many other things, been on a merry go round for months!

Looks like some system issue effecting many.
