Compliance Record Shows "Approved" but ASIN Inactive- Can't Appeal
Hello fellow sellers,
I’m facing a critical issue with an ASIN and would appreciate any advice if you’ve encountered something similar:
The Problem
Amazon’s backend generated a compliance record for my product, but it immediately appeared as "Approved" (no pending review).
Despite the "Approved" status, the product was suppressed (listing became inactive).
The appeal button is grayed out/unclickable in Seller Central because the record shows "Approved."
What I’ve Tried:
Relisting the product → Still suppressed.
Contacting Seller Support → Case was escalated to the Account Health team (no resolution after 24+ hours).
Question:
Has anyone dealt with a "ghost compliance block" like this? How did you resolve it? Specifically:
Is there a hidden path to trigger a re-review?
Any known fixes for the stuck "Approved" status?
Should I delete the listing and recreate it entirely?
