Shipping errors fba 2024 Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier / No unavailable to receive the total quantity of dangerous goods
I am trying to send inventory to Amazon warehouse and I keep getting this message " fba 2024 Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because No fulfilment centres are currently available to receive the total quantity of dangerous goods units in this shipment. Please return to Step 1 and try again."
The items that I am sending are not dangerous goods and the box size is a small parcel size. Even when I change the configurations of items & box sizes it doesn't work. The majority of items are toys and not dangerous goods.
Could you please let me know if this is a known and recurring problem at the moment?

Hi @Seller_SDpu9jzEpfm2M,
Thanks for reaching out.
This message pops up when you hit the max quantity limit for hazardous goods. You can find more info here.
To sort it out, since you're saying the products aren't hazardous, you'll need to request a classification through Seller Central. Just go to the Manage Dangerous Goods Classification page here.
For more details, check out theDangerous goods identification guide (hazmat) and Manage dangerous goods classification FAQ
Let us know how it goes. Cheers, Ezra
