Urgent! My Account got deactivated before Prime Day!
I don't know what happened there. My Account just got deactivated before Prime Day so all my listing are unavailable right now, plus I have many shipments going into Amazon FBA.
I am a local business in Elk Grove, CA. I just openned this account a month ago. Everything was good, then my account turned into deactivated a few days ago. I have submitted all my support documents, including my internet bill, water and untility bill, property rent invoce, bank statements; those documents all have my name and my business name. but your team kept saying no enough information. I don't know what else I can provide. Please help! It's Prime day and I also have shipments going into. Extreamly Urgent!! Thank you guys!

You need to post all the communications you received from Amazon, in the order you received them (remove any personally identifying information first). No one can help you without knowing specifically what Amazon asked for and the reason for the deactivation.
I can see right now that you've been throwing all sorts of documents at them, which is usually a mistake and complicates matters. Did Amazon specifically ask for every one of the documents you sent? They normally don't ask for more than one or two documents at a time, and initially (for seller verification), they ask for only one.
Do you have a valid credit card (an actual credit card, NOT a debit or pre-paid credit card) entered into your account?
