#1 Best Seller Rank has been hijacked
The is the #1 BSR in the main category and the ASIN seems to have been hijacked and now we are unable to edit the ASIN.
When I click edit on the listing, it says "You need approval to list this ASIN."
When I click request approval it says:
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Mobile Apps category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Mobile Apps category in New condition(s)"
We never sold this as a mobile apps. The listing is active on the backend and there are no policy violations.
Very frustrating, please help! Case ID: 17826816461
The product is visible on search, however, not purchasable.
