I have a product I am trying to list, I've been told (repeatedly) that I am not able to list the product due to its ingredient. I've been told the ingredient is prescription only, which its not. I've provided the drug registration number that shows it is registered OTC and still been told I am not able to list it.

So my issue is, my competitors product, the identical product, same ingredient, same registration, same product IS listed... so if the ingredient is banned and I cant list mine, then why is this other product that is identical listed, and even being fulfilled by Amazon?
