We have had an A_Z Claim go against us in Spain for non delivery. Once refunded the customer went to the Postal Service with id and signed to collect the Order. We have all documents including a letter from the Postal Service with confirmation of the buyers name and signiture of the customer. We appealed but was ignored so email the managing directer 5 times. Still being ignored
