It has been four days since I submitted my Brand Registry application, and it is still under review. Could there be an issue with the application? I haven’t received any response from Amazon, and I am very concerned.

You are kidding or very new on Amazon. Four days is nothing in Amazon time! Furthermore we are in Q4, the most busy quarter in the year. don't wait any answer before Christmas.
