How is it not concerning to Amazon that you put labels on my products incorrectly and noone can answer why or how Amazon customers are NOT getting what they are ordering?

I do not participate in repacking, grading or reselling my returns. I have all returns returned to me.

1 Buyer purchased ASIN: XXXX in SIZE ABC

2 Buyer contacts me telling me wrong item was received

3 I look, he ordered the correct item per his order, therefore I advise client to go ahead and ask for a replacement, assuming he would receive what he actually ordered.

4 Again, buyer received the wrong product identical to the previous item

5 I have client send me photos or front and back of his received packages.

***********THEY ARE THE WRONG SIZE WITH AN AMAZON LABEL ON THEM*******

AMAZON relabeled my items without my knowledge AND THEY DID IT INCORRECTLY.

RESULTS ARE BUYERS ORDER "ABC " AND GET " EFG"

*******I have gone in circles, asking why these items have incorrect labels on them. Labels put on them by Amazon. This is apparently on more than 1 item.

Noone seems to understand my concerns! Noone UNDERSTANDS THE ISSUE?

HOW MANY OF MY UNITS ARE INCORRECTLY LABELED?

WHY WERE THE LABELS PUT ON?

HOW CAN WE FIX THIS?

This hurts Amazon customers and seriously hurts my business, my metrics, my customer reviews and feedback.

CAN someone look into this issue?

( amazon sends me this= Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

If items in a box look similar, Amazon employees scan one item, then assume the rest are the same.

At some point downstream, the error is discovered, and Amazon RELABELS THE INVENTORY TO MATCH THEIR MISTAKE.

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS AND AMAZON DOESN'T CARE.

Did you send similar looking items in the same shipment? Was there a mistake in incoming counts on the shipment (i.e., receiving 100 of one item and 0 of another when you sent in two different 50-count items together).

I am afraid if the above sounds true, you will have to recall all affected inventory for inspection and relabelling. Some people will advocate having amazon fix their mistake with a bin check or whatever, but they refused to help me when this happened and they even lied about relabelling practices ("we don't relabel inventory").

For the product(s) in question, I would close the listings until it is sorted out so this doesn't keep happening.

In the meantime, you could establish new SKUs for the affected products and send those in to replenish inventory while the problem SKUs are recalled. If you have to send in mixed inventory, try to make it obvious that there are different products in the box with color coded stickers or even a piece of kraft paper separating different SKUs.

Always try to pack with the FBA employee in mind. I do send similar products in a shipment, but they are different colors. So instead of packing the SKUs in LAYERS, I pack them in COLUMNS in the box so when the employee opens the box and looks down, they can see from the top that there are different color products in the mix. If I ship in LAYERS, with one product only appearing on the top layer, that runs the risk of the employee scanning one item, then dumping everything out and counting them all as that one SKU.

TECHNICALLY, employees are supposed to scan EVERY item in a box unless they are case-packed, but Amazon employees are cutting corners to speed up incoming and that corner-cutting affects the owner of the inventory when mistakes like this are made. It would be NICE if Amazon studied this and figured out where in the process this relabeling is happening and who is doing it. You know it's being done covertly on purpose because if the relabeling was a result of OUR mistakes, Amazon charges us for it. These relabeling events happen without notice and without charges to seller....Amazon NEVER does anything like this for FREE...
