Another feedback issue resulting from shipping damage and allowed to stand as it was FBM
CASE ID# 16524738631 for any mods willing to try and assist. We have another negative seller feedback that resulted from UPS dropping an item on the corner of the box and smashing it in. Bear in mind that all of the products we ship have ample dead space to protect against damage from carrier mishandling. The customer did not even open the package to see if any damage occurred, but immediately went out and left a 1 star feedback that the product might be damaged. This is in no way should be a reflection on us as a seller. We also use Amazon Buy Shipping on all orders. Yet Amazon will not see fit to remove or strike through the feedback as they would for an FBA order. Just another method of trying to blackmail sellers into using FBA so Amazon can lose. steal or misplace/mishandle our inventory and bill us for the right to do so.

The customer finally responded to us through messaging that this feedback was meant for a different order and seller. They have tried to update the feedback, but the link provided does not work. We need assistance in getting this removed please.
