customer started return with incorrect reason....

I received a return today, which was auto-authorized. This happens to me infrequently. All my orders are FBM. Customer listed reason for return as "wrong item sent". I know this was wrong because every item I pack is done very carefully, one at a time to ensure mistakes are not made. Sure enough, customer listed reason for return as "wrong item sent" and under comments wrote "thought I was buying a CD". So the reason is really that he made a mistake. I do not care too much about the return, but the fact that he chose the response "wrong Item Sent" has me concerned. I do not want this to count against my metrics. thoughts?
