Where is the associate for the video call?

I have been sitting here for over 2 hours and still nobody has shown up for the video call? Did they forget about me?

No-one here can answer that, I'm afraid - this is a forum of other sellers, not Amazon itself. Though I have seen several other posts where others have experienced the same thing - the call never happening.

The only thing to suggest is to contact Seller Support 'Help' - top right and open a case, BUT, and it is a BIG BUT - Seller Support are not the best, and if they understand what you are asking, they could send you round in circles. I know that's not much help, but the way it seems to be, sadly.
