Items in FC transfer status more than one month. Customers orders are not shipped.
My shipment FBA18P3ZYSQR was delivered on 9 of March than in items were moved to the FC transfer status due to higher weight. As for now it is out of stock more than 40 days. Part of items were available for some time and I have some unshipped orders and messages from customers. Support answer is just wait. Please give some update, maybe some estimates.
