RANT-Order Defect Rate
I just found a 1 star negative feedback left for me last night. The buyer's comment was "no comment", literally. I checked the order and messages. There was no return requested or messaging from the buyer. But, just because it's a 1 star, with no real justification, it hits the ODR. My only recourse is to post a public reply to the feedback. Arrrgh.

On the plus side, if any customers read that they won't take it as credible but hitting the ODR metrics is rough. Have you tried to have it removed?

You can reach out to the buyer and ask him what the issue is and try to work with him to make him happy. Once he is happy, if possible, ask him to remove it.

I sent a message to the buyer just after posting this. I've not heard back.

It is an immediate bummer to get one of these w/o details... Knowing that others may read/see it I reply by acknowledging that my product is a popular situation for many situations, but not all, and thank them for trying it.

So now my account health went down 4 pts because of this.
