Brand Registry - Abusive Conduct Help

My CASE ID: 16955896361
I am seeking your assistance in resolving an issue regarding my brand, which I use for my decorative book products. I encountered a restriction marked as "abusive conduct" on my listings.While I searched I found out one of the Author has the same name.
I found that there is an author named "X.X. LLL" on Amazon. Although my brand is entirely independent and different from this author, I believe the similarity in names may have caused this issue.
If I can't find a solution, I will look for another platform to sell my product. The process has been ongoing for more than a month.
Another issue is that I contacted the Brand Registry team about the abusive conduct restriction. There are four possible reasons listed on the Brand Registry's abusive conduct page. I asked them which specific reason applies to my case, but they said they can't disclose it and that I just have to wait. However, they don’t know how long—maybe a week, a month, or even a year!
We are trying to do a business, and we need real answers, not a guessing game.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any additional detail to the reason of your Brand Registry application status. The response from the enrollment team with the 6 potential reasons is a specific as it gets. You can find slightly more info if you click on the red and underlined "Ineligible," in your Brand Applications Dashboard on the Brand Registry site.
The intent is to have you identify the issue and respond accordingly to the current appeal case. When other Sellers have posted similar issues, I say to take your time with each of the 6 potential reasons and deep dive your business/account to identify what the issue is.
