Hello, Can anyone guide us with what to do? Amazon keeps saying they're unable to verify debit card information that we provided for our account as charge method. As a result, all payments to our bank account have been suspended and our account deactivated until changes are made.

The only thing is when we checked but our charge method is valid and even after submitting an appeal to Amazon for this, they keep sending the same message over and over.

Anyone have this challenge before? Please help.
