Amazon Seller Account "Unable to Charge"
After adding my Business Account Debit card into the charge methods on my seller central payments page, I've gone thru every marketplace accross europe and the card is verified. The small payment has been taken from the account and all is good, however the UK one wont verify using the Business Debit Card (Mastercard) and Ive been told it has to be a Credit card? Is this the case ? If so, why did the debit card work for all the other marketplaces accross europe? Help!

did you already check the help page Seller credit or debit card FAQ?
Point 8 is about "Why is my credit or debit card listed as invalid?" and may help you find the error.
You say in your thread title "Unable to Charge", is that the error message you receive for your UK store? In that case, did you contact your bank to see if e.g. there is an extra authorization needed?
