Product approval when already stock in FBA

Hi

I was replenishing inventory of a product that I have already some stock in FBA. I have previously sold a lot of units of this SKU but for the first time, I am asked for approval while replenishing inventory having already some stock in FC and selling.

Does anyone have any idea why it happens
