Amazon has withheld my fund disbursement for more than a year.
Hey there, I'm turning to this online forum in the hopes of getting some advice from you all. Let me lay out my situation: I'm pretty frustrated about my request for fund disbursement, which goes all the way back to November 23, 2022. Ever since that date, my fund has been stuck without any clear reason, despite my best efforts to sort this out through more than 20 cases I opened since November 23, 2022. I've tried reaching out to Amazon seller reps multiple times to find out what's causing this endless delay, but here's the kicker – each time I talk to one of them, I get a different story, which is making things even more confusing.
Now, when it comes to my Amazon account, everything looks in order.. My bank account is verified, and my account health is tip-top. But this whole deal of keeping my funds in limbo without any explanation is seriously stressing me out.
To add to the complexity,: those Amazon seller reps just keep bouncing my case over to the finance department, and then they go ahead and close my case. And guess what? The finance department? They never seem to bother responding, and this pattern has been going on for a whole year. It's honestly mind-boggling to me that a giant like Amazon would treat a loyal seller like this, leaving me in this constant state of uncertainty. I've tried going up the ladder to talk to a manager, but that's been a total dead end. At this point, I've hit a wall with all the usual avenues for help, so that's why I'm turning to you all. Any insights or advice on how to sort out this mess would be greatly appreciated.
