Sending all in one pallet

I started using a new workflow to send the products to FBA. But I have an issue. I always send my products by pallets and always have less than 25 boxes and less than 500 kg - 1 pallet. But the new system generates 2 shipments which means 2 pallets - and the cost became doubled. When I returned to the old system I was able to send 1 pallet as usual. Can anybody advise how to send all my products in 1 pallet using the new system, is it possible?

You should be able to set how many pallets you are sending? The pallet count they provide is only an estimate based on the package dimensions supplied. When we send a FTL, I always get to an estimated 24 pallets, as I know we are always over by one or two.
