Wrongly forcing "Easy Ship" When no pickup is made.!!
Sir,
My First 7 orders were lost due to No-pickup. Following which, after deliberate discussion with Customer Care, I came to the conclusion of opting out of "Easy Ship" and started to "Self Ship". Almost after two months, have got my Self Ship set up ready.
Now... All of a sudden, I have got "Easy Ship" order.!!
On emailing and speaking to the seller support, I learned that my opting or not opting for anything does not matter to Amazon. Order's would be provided at Whims of the software, and I will be the person who is always at a mistake of not filling out forms or not listing properly.!!
The seller support constantly said that in case of "No Pick up" I should fill a form, which will make Amazon reimburse cancellation charges... And restore the account health... Great.!! But what about money lost in advertisement.?? What about business lost.??
I need to spend time on Amazon, to source business. Lot of efforts, time and money goes in getting each order. And if the order is cancelled because of Non performance of some other Amazon Partner, And instead of warranting the said partner to course correct... Amazon just forces us to follow something that ends us in losses.!! Don't you feel this should be corrected? Don't you feel that, even if some positive changes are made to resolve the problem, we should be taken in confidence before enforcing decisions.??
Sir, It is not only we, the sellers, losing the business... Amazon, too, is losing business and reputation in today's competitive market. This is a team game, and we, sellers, too are part of Amazon team. Please consider...
