Is there a deadline for the customer to report an item damaged upon delivery?

A customer messaged us claiming the item was damaged upon delivery on the 14th day after delivery but refused to provide photos of the package and its contents as they were received. Looks like they damaged the item while it was in their possession. Advise needed!

This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post regarding the item damaged upon delivery.

If the item is still within the return policy, and you choose to accept the return. You may be entitled to charge a restocking fee based on our guidelines below:

Guidelines for charging restocking fees

Buyers have 30 days from the expected delivery date to raise a return request.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have other questions.
