lost shipment FBM, UPS
A question, we do FBM, with an FBM shipment, UPS lost my package, it never reached the buyer, Amazon refunded the buyer. UPS is not responsible for the loss, what should I do in this case, the shipping label was purchased from Amazon seller, the UPS claims page does not work and I called UPS by phone and they do not give me a solution, they respond that Amazon must solve it since the shipping label was purchased by Amazon seller, how should I act in this case, thank you
