Infringement issues
For the last week We have been going back and forth with Amazon over our product being blocked does to an infringement report. Amazon will not get involved as we have to have the person who made the complaint email amazon to have it lifted.
We have emailed the person who made the complaint several times with proof that there is no infringement and they wont reply we got Amazon and they just keep saying they cannot help without the email.
We have been going round in circles and was wondering if anyone has had to deal with this issue and if they have found a way around it.
We researched the person who made the complaint and they’re not a registered company and when you google the email address of theirs nothing comes up.
There are many products similar to one we are selling on Amazon but it seems we are being gunned after for some reason. We have been told they have raised 6 complaints against us even after it was blocked and we have emailed them with proof.
Please help !

Have you been informed what the infringement is with regards to? I have also recently had one sent to me and it was for an image on a product of ours. We took the image ourselves, therefore it isn’t a copyright issue (no names, logos etc). Provided Amazon the raw original image files and they said the information isn’t relevant…
The e-mail address is just generic, a bunch of numbers and ends @qq.com, does this match your issue?

If adding to an existing listing, then the product needs to be identical, if it’s your own separate listing, then providing invoices and photos can help challenge the claim as being false, that’s the only way Amazon will get involved, otherwise it’s left for you to resolve with the brand owner…who is claiming rights.
Have you made a test purchase from the other seller to verify if, or not you are selling the same identical product, that it’s branded, or not?
