Hi all,

We’re brand registered with active trademarks in both the UK and US.

But under "Manage Your Brands", under our SS account Amazon has linked us to a completely different company that just happens to have the same name. It’s a US-based brand in a different trademark class and not connected to us at all.

Because of this, we can’t update our own product titles in the US, and Brand Registry support hasn’t been able to fix it or even fully understand the issue. I believe this issue has always been like it for 5+years selling, but its only starting to affect us as we launch on Amazon.com things are just not working like store fronts, titles etc...

We’ve tried everything and are now posting here as a last resort.
