Hi All,

Had a shipment (3 pallets) sent via palletonline to BHX4 and delivered on the 12th of December.

Turns out Amazon diverted it to EUK5 as BHX4 was full and they said EUK5 is their 'overflow' centre.

Its been in transit and not checked in ever since, is this a usual thing and how long can these normally take to move into checked in?
