Unable to reactivate account - Going round in circles
Hello,
I signed up for an account last year but made an error on the credit card information. I then forgot to update it and decided not to do anything with my seller account. I never got it fully activated. I'm now starting up selling again but am having real problems trying to get it re-activated.
I've provided utility bills but I keep getting some emails saying I need to set up a video ID call and some saying I need to resubmit the documents. Whenever I write a response, I'm just sent the copy and pasted emails which take me back to square one.
I'm really confused and just want to speak to someone to tell me what to do. Any advice on how to navigate this is much appreciated

HI yes set up the video call you can't open without going through that process, have your passport handy they will ask for it, its a very strange process but amazon want it so do that first then come back here if you need any more help
