Removal of bad reviews
We have a bad review on our product and have also tried contacting Amazon via a case log. They replied to email their community help. Is there any way that we can remove the negative review? We know that the reviewer falls under Amazon's community guidelines, but Amazon told us to email their community help.

Customers are entitled to leave a review they think is relevant, if within the guidelines. If any seller could remove bad reviews, there would only ever be good 5* reviews and the review system would be worse than useless, not that it is a patch on eBays review system currently.
