FBA Reimbursement Services

Does anyone use FBA Auditing Reimbursement services?

I have looked into Getida and they are on the partner appstore. I was thinking about using the service to claim for reimbursement’s that might have been missed. My only concern is when giving access as a secondary user you have to give them permissions Manage FBA Inventory/Shipments - VIEW EDIT … I don’t want anyone to have the ability to change or edit anything, only to view the information, but sadly Amazon does not seem to separate this.

Anyone have experience with these kind of services?

There are a few out there that will do this kind of thing.
Whether they are worth it or not, will depend entirely on the level of sales you have through FBA.
The higher they are, the more that you can recover.

I use sellerboard, which reports in almost realtime, as to what has been missed, which you can then claim back directly from Amazon. The first I did it, I got about £1500 back from Amazon and I regularly claim small amounts back, which effectively pay for the use of the software.

There shouldn’t be any issue with giving permissions to enable them to look at your account. Unless it’s a dodgy company of course!
