Account Health Issue

I am facing a complex problem since last more than one year as my issue is a bit complex. I opened my seller account but requested to close down due to my commitments on 12 Mar 2023 which was confirmed by Amazon.
I got a suggestion from one of Amazon's associates to open up a new account with a new ID which will have no impact on my new account as the present account is still active due to some technical reasons despite my request to close down . Later i created another account successfully along with all necessary formalities including phone number and residential address verification. But soon after its creation it was deactivated on the plea that I have multiple accounts which should have not be the reason because of the closing down of an earlier account. I contacted the Amazon help center several times but could not manage to reactivate even after the efforts of 3 months without any knowledge of the actual problem conveyed to me. However, i sent a request again to close down the account which was earlier confirmed by Amazon but again did not close down so that i operate a new seller account which you are again not verifying on the plea that there are multiple accounts in my name.
i requested to close down my first account in March 2023 but yet it is active in your system where as i do not have any access to this account . Due to its active status i am unable to use my second account . I have tried many times to resolve the issue but issue is not resolved yet even after a considerable time of one long year . Everytime i am provided with links which do not respond at all .
I am very positive that i have no other account other than these which are already requested to be closed permanently . Moreover closing accounts on request is a responsibility of Amazon but instead of facilitating it has caused more trouble for me instead of solving a simple thing to open up an account .
Ticket ID issued to resolve the case is
ee4511ce-65df-41df-bd56-5e20660ca553 and 15604536061 this is ID in pending log case dated 10th July but now deleted from case log too without any reply to me even after a lapse of 14 days against the promised time of 48 hours.
Hope to get a positive reply this time and close down my first account and delete my complete data from your records please .
