Brand Registry not approved
Hi,
We appealed Brand Registry decision to declined our application and received feedback stating " we have concluded that the brand/user has engaged in abusive conduct as per our policy. "
After verifying Trademark claim on our brand, what else should we do to get this issue resolved?
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

There is nothing to do because
That could be many things: getting free products for reviews and ratings as a customer, paying for ratings/reviews for you or other sellers, giving bad ratings to other sellers, buying the stock of competitors, clicking the ads of other sellers, hijacking branded listings, edit listings that you didn't create, attempt to take over listings, selling fake products on other's listing, introducing forbidden backend keywords in competitors listing aiming the deactivation of it..... and many more. Be happy if JUST the brand registry is denied and you didn't get your account suspended.
