Cancel Refund Question
Buyer purchased item, buyer messaged us over and over again saying “not received”, then we issued a refund. Now they said actually they made a mistake, we don’t have to refund them. I can’t see any cancel refund option, is it possible? We refunded from the order details page instead of actually cancelling the order in this instance.
So really we delivered the item, believed they didn’t receive it, but it was their fault and they DID receive it.
