FBA shipment issue
Hello,
Is there anyone who could help us?
We have a shipment which sent to amazon warehouse, our carrier told us this shipment was delivered some days ago, and send us ISA number. But in manage FBA shipments, this shipments is still in transit, we opened case to investigate this shipment process, the customer service team only told us we have to wait this shipment till it delivered.
What should we do if this shipment is still in transit status for a long time?
Is there any way amazon could help us?

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
When reviewing your post, I found 4 FBA Shipments marked as In transit, the one for the Canadian Marketplace (Shipment ID: FBA17MJKD0B9) shows the following message: Sometimes a shipment that has been delivered to the fulfillment center will not display as Delivered. This can happen if signals between the carrier and the fulfillment center do not sync. For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to 4 days for your shipment to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date. For LTL and FTL shipments, it can take up to 10 days. During peak times, it may take longer.
Since that message was added in January 13th, you need to wait until January 17th in case of small-parcel or January 23rd in case of LTL or FTL Shipments.
Additionally, I was able to find that there are 3 FBA Shipments marked as In transit but they are for the the USA Marketplace. Since this forum is for problems related to accounts in the Canadian market, so we need you to open the Forum in Amazon Forums in the USA, that way, the team in charge of moderating these forums will be able to provide you with the respective support.
How to open a forum on the USA platform?
- Log in to your Seller Central account.
- Select the USA account.
- Go to the top right, where it says Help and click there or you can click on this link.
- On the left side of the screen the Forums option will appear, click on it.
- Once you have followed these steps, the message Welcome to Seller Forums will appear, there you select the Account Health option and proceed to make your comment. That way the USA Forums team will help you.
