Few of my ASINs are blocked due to use of brand name. I edit and tried to remove brand name , but my input is not being saved in the listing. I repeated step multiple times but no effect comes in real. It looks like amazon system has blocked those ASINS for any update. Its same across UK , EU and USA markets.

I created case log , endless communication and reached a dead end. Case log team keeps on telling me to repeat steps that i have already done i.e Edit listing, delete, delete using inventory loader file , upload with feed file. I repeated all these multiple times and allowed 48 hours in between but nothing is working for any marketplace . Case log team seams to be replying with few template replies.

Is that normal ?

Is there any tech support from amazon ?
