My Amazon account has been linked to another account.
Hello dear sellers, My Amazon account is linked to another account. The associated account belongs to a former company in which my brother beneficially owns. My brother left this company and has no involvement with the company, but I created an Amazon seller account in my name. My documents were approved. I was ready to sell. I entered my first product and then my account was suspended. It was linked to another account. My brother had previously logged into his Amazon seller account from the same computer and network. I didn't know this would be risky. At first I thought it was because of this. Afterwards, I thought it might be because our mother and father's names are the same on our identity cards, our surnames are the same, and our residence addresses are the same. They thought I was my brother. I sent documents to Amazon that I have no affiliation with this account. I even sent my own ID card, bank account statement, residence address, and my brother's and my IDs side by side. But unfortunately, I could not get a positive response regarding AMAZON account health. Because real people were not contacting me. Can I contact a real Amazon support team and help me figure out how to get them to understand me and reactivate my account?

Thank you for posting your concerns with a multiple account policy violation.
As you described the situation it would sound like your brother has an association to the other account, but because of them using your device, this established a connection to them. Do you have any association to this other business or was this only use to the use of your device and network?
This is a very complicated situation as typically you are associated to the store, however as described you are indirectly connected to his former business which may be difficult to show proof of.
These documents will not validate a business separation from your brother using your device. If you do not have business related documents that establishes why this association occurred to your brother former business, we will require that the associated store be reinstated first. Does he have any access to the mentioned account or communication with the company?
