@Connor_Amazon - Need Manual Review | Account Says Verification Successful But Still Deactivated

Thank you for offering to help. I’m creating this new thread as you requested.

My seller account shows "Verification Successful" when I click on "Reactivate Your Account", but my account remains deactivated, and my listed product is stuck in Stranded Inventory with the message: "Account not fully onboarded".

I have already:

Submitted all verification documents (Passport, utility bill)

Updated my credit card successfully

Reached out via multiple case IDs and emails

Unfortunately, I’ve only received automated responses and no resolution.

I would really appreciate it if you could take a manual look into my case.
