Dangerous Goods Review: Do I Need to Submit Separate SDS for Each Color in My Painting Set?
Hello everyone,
I’m seeking advice from experienced sellers regarding a problem I’m facing with a dangerous goods review.
My painting set (which includes an easel, paints, brushes, canvas panels, and more) has been selling on Amazon for several years. However, it was recently flagged for a dangerous goods review, and now the product is unavailable on all marketplaces.
caseID 17009176091
I initially submitted an SDS for the entire set, but it was rejected. When I opened a case, I was told to submit an SDS specifically for the paints. I created one for the paints but was rejected again, with the reason being:
“We need individual SDSs for the products included in the test kit.”
I’m unsure what this means. Does it require me to create an SDS for each individual color in the set? My painting set contains 96 colors, which would be extremely time-consuming.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Good Morning @Seller_46dl2yi6BlVeO,
I wanted to follow up with you as I have escalated CASE ID 17009176091 and it's attachments to one of our internal partner teams to review and see if they can help provide some additional details regarding what is missing from your SDS documents. They should get back to us within the next few business days. Until then, have a great rest of your day.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Evening @Seller_46dl2yi6BlVeO,
I wanted to follow up with you as I heard back from the partner team reviewing your case and they mentioned that the ASIN associated to CASE ID 17009176091 is now classified appropriately per your SDS documents. With that great news, I hope you have a wonderful weekend and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
