US Marketplace tab is frozen!

Hi guys! I'm a new Amazon seller. I'm set up to sell in the US, Canada, & the Mexico marketplace. However, when trying to list my first few products I noticed I am not able to sell in within the US marketplace as the US marketplace is frozen. ): I have contacted support & provided them with screenshots of my issue on 11/4/24 but had no real luck getting help. I was told this issue was occuring because "In this regard, please be informed that there is not such listing exist on us marketplace therefore your are not allow to synchronize listing you have to create new listing manually on your Amazon.com after that only you will able to synchronize both listing". At first I thought maybe the product I was attempting to list was not listed for sale within the US but after trying to list multiple products that do indeed sell in the US & have active listings I realized that was not the issue. I also set the Canada & Mexico store as "on vacation" hoping this would help but the US tab is still frozen. Is there anyone who has been having these same issues & is anybody able to help me out?

What do you mean frozen? Are you saying that you aren't able to create a listing? Are you trying to add under someone else's listing or create a new one?

Look on your Seller Central Dashboard when you're logged in. There's a country selector just to the right of where it says Amazon Seller Central. If you have United States selected in that field, that's the Marketplace where you're listing. If you want to also list in the other countries that are showing, then you'll need to change the slider next to each one at the bottom of the page where you're entering your listing details.

In other words, if you're seeing the block symbol that means you can't change the slider because that's the country you're logged into and listing in.

I hope that's understandable; I don't know how else to explain it.
