[Emergency] Section 3 "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy" AGAIN, PASSED SUPPLY CHAIN REVIEW 2 MONTHS AGO!

My account was suspended at February 20 because of Section 3 and Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy.
We prepared and sent all documents and got a reply from support that need to complete video verification.
I scheduled video verifications of 3 slots and has not received invitation on ALL OF THEM! Support just ignored them.
I can not call to support, because this option deactivated. I opened case ID 14924484061 to schedule the video verification again but 3 days no response.

P.S. I already passed supply chain verification at December 2023.

I understand your account has recently been deactivated in regard to Amazon's unsuitable inventory policy and you have concerns about previously reactivating your account after verifying information.
If you do not mind, please provide the performance notification from the deactivation in December as well as the deactivation notification from the most recent deactivation. This will enable to community and I to provide the best possible support here.
