Please help me close my account
I tried to close my account by going to account info but when I click close account it just takes me to help articles.
I made a mistake signing up with US instead of Canada.
Please close it so that I can sign up in Canada. Thank you!

US and Canada are part of the Unified Americas Account. If you want to sell in Canada, that is the account that you want.
If you go into your settings, you can put US (.com) on Vacation; do the same with Mexico and Brazil if they show up. Then you will be selling only in Canada
DO NOT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND START OVER. YOU'LL BE LOCKED OUT, POSSIBLY FOREVER!

@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw is 100% correct here. If you attempt to close the US account it will close your North American marketplaces altogether. As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw shared, you can place the US, Mexico and Brazil stores in vacation mode and focus on your Canada store if you choose.
