I see you were able to assist on a similar case in the past. Could you please review case ID: 17276478291 and advise on why our ads account is suspended? Some clarity on this is greatly appreciated. Only recent change we can think of is an update to our payment method on file. We'd like to resolve whatever the issue is so we can get going again. Thank you.
Edit: The fact that our entire business can be disrupted / ruined by what appears to be an automated action without basis is very disconcerting.

Copying and pasting Reps names will not lead to a resolution, because you have the reason and resolution in your hand already.
You will get more help if you simply state what was stated on the notification as to why your account was suspended, and what must be done to rectify the situation.

I often find it interesting how the same people respond to these postings, every..time. Almost as though they have no actual business to run or store on amazon and instead spend time responding to random posts like an Amazon "influencer" employee.
