My account has recently been deactivated, stating a multiple account violation. The email states that there is an account with a similar name to mine, but I have only ever had this account using this name. I have submitted multiple appeals stating that I do not know what the related account is and that I have only ever had this one account. I keep getting the same automated response to the review asking me to provide documents proving that the deactivation is in error. I have no idea what I am supposed to provide to prove that the other account isn't mine. As my account is deactivated, when I contact seller support my claim is immediately closed so I can't get any help from Amazon.
How am I able to prove that I only own one account, and have never owned another account with the same name?

Hello @Seller_tMytMqHRpDv9k,
I'm Abella from Amazon, here to assist you.
Going through your post I understand that you have concerns with your account deactivation for being related with another account.
There are high chances that you might have accidentally registered for a global account.
Please go through all the marketplaces like US, Japan and check the reason of de-activation in performance notification and try to reactivate it.
Once your other marketplace account is reactivated you can submit your appeal from your UK account.
If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.
Regards,
Abella.
