not possible to obtain a company registration extract
Dear Amazon Support Team,
I am writing to clarify my business status in relation to the verification process.
I am registered as a sole proprietor in the province of Alberta, Canada. I do not operate as a corporation or registered company entity.
I understand that one of the required documents for verification is a company registration extract. However, as a sole proprietor in Alberta, it is not possible to obtain a company registration extract, since sole proprietorships are not incorporated and do not receive such documentation.
Could you please advise what alternative documents are acceptable to complete the verification process for a sole proprietor? I am fully prepared to provide any other required documents such as:
– Valid government-issued ID
– Proof of address
– Business license
– Self-attestation letter confirming ownership structure
Thank you for your assistance and clarification.
