FBA BLOCK

Hello dear amazon officials and seller team,

Before my account was deactivated, I received an FBA Block warning in my account and I could not edit the shipping plan for my products. Then my account was closed and it does not allow me to create a removal order for my products that are currently in the warehouses, it constantly gives a warning and the redirected page remains with a red warning. Can I create a removal order about my products without removing the FBA block? How can I overcome this problem?
