Change Brand Name
Hi to everyone. I have a question If someone knows how to deal with this please help. So I had a trademark in pending mode for the last couple of months which I listed in brand registry. I recently received an email that my brand will not be published because of similarities with another brand owner. As I don't want to lose all the benefits I get from brand registry I think that I will have to create another brand. My question is will I be available to change my current product from the old brand to the new brand that I'm going to list through brand registry and without losing my sales history and reviews?

Unfortunately, this is against Amazon policy.
You will have to start over.
However, you will have access to Amazon VINE again. This should speed things up a ton.
