Help Understanding Amazon’s Request for Invoices (Our seller-fulfilled orders have been deactivated)
Our seller-fulfilled orders were deactivated last December. As part of the reinstatement process, Amazon requested invoices for three specific items that we have never sold.
We provided a detailed explanation of how we source our products, along with relevant contracts and all necessary supporting information. However, our seller-fulfilled orders remain deactivated.
We are trying to understand what Amazon is looking for with this request. Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and does anyone have insights into how we can address this effectively?

You might not have sold the item in question, but did you ever even create a listing for the item(s)?
