Need Help Funds are being held while your account is under review'

Funds are being held while your account is under review'.

This message appears on my account health page a week ago, since then I can request any payment and from what it looks like they will continue to hold my money for god knows how long, and no emails/notice/violation/or anything that can explain to me why this happened, support team has been no use, keep answering me not what I ask, call them and I get the answer 'I've checked your account and nothing was wrong, sorry I don't know why this happened' and some of them transfer my case to another team who never get back to me. Not cool if the platform you are doing bussinese is holding your money for no reason.

I know this has only been a week for me and I saw some people had this for over 2 month which really makes me nervous, I need this money to run my bussinese and my sales was doing great so I was about to ship more product to the warehouse but without the money or explanation butI can't because I don't even know if this problem can be solved.

Can anyone help me or have any suggestions?

Based off of the information you have provided, I see that you have not received notification about why your account is under review and your funds are being held.

Typically when an account is under review, a performance notification or a case log would be sent to you. And funds can be withheld during this time. I would suggest going through your account and see if any communication about the account review has been sent to you. When you find it, please provide the entire screen shot of the communication so we can better assist you.
