How to add Installation Manual via Seller Central now that you can't through manage product documents

Now that we cannot upload our PDF installation manuals via "Manage product documents" we can't seem to add them at all. We have tried the method of adding an FTP link in seller central under the sku in the safety and compliance tab and that failed multiple times. We have also downloaded the flat files but the field the Amazon instructions (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GZJNHR2M4GDNM3Q3) claim is on these docs is not. Simply put, how can we add our PDF installation manuals to our live listings. These have pertinent information for customers looking to buy.

Thank you for reaching out with your difficulties with uploading your product documents. In general PDF Documents smaller than 10 MB should be accepted without issue however it seems like you are having trouble uploading them. Can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID on this issue for my review? Thank you for your understanding.

Have the exact same issue. Glenn's reply isn't helpful. Not an issue with document size. Amazon deleted the old way of uploading documents without providing a functional replacement. Been trying to get my documents uploaded since March 19 without any progress. My SAS contact just asked me to "Add +1 to this post and provide the Seller Support case IDs (14967570501 & 14967665591)"

In some instances Amazon has to update the way information is collected and stored for the effectiveness of the Amazon Website. I'd like to review to see what challenges you are having to best approach this issue. Can you please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case ID on this issue? I just wanted to provide a small update as I have gotten some information from the internal technical team. The team is currently in the process of making improvements to the product documents upload feature to create a smoother and more efficient experience. At this time the team is working to ensure that the feature, including all the improvements, are fully functional by the end of the month.

In the meantime please continue to work with Seller Support if you run into any difficulties uploading documents and feel free to provide your Case ID. Thank you for your understanding.
